Keri Clemente

Keri sees yoga as an all-encompassing practice. After gaining experience on the mat, she found that the principles of yoga began to influence her life off the mat as well. Because of this, she wanted to delve deeper into the study of yoga, and enrolled in a teacher-training program. Her classes are designed with flowing movement that synchronizes with the breath. Keri enjoys helping others discover the strength, stillness, and peace of mind that a yoga practice offers.

She also shares the gifts of yoga with children in classes designed especially for them. Her classes for children include breath-work, yoga poses, cooperative games, stories, group discussion, and guided relaxation.
