Rupeet Malhotra

Rupeet Malhotra has been practicing Yoga since 2014 and started teaching Vinyasa Yoga in 2016. Her yoga journey started with practicing Heated Power Yoga as a form of physical workout and she thoroughly enjoyed it. However, she realized the mental benefits of yoga when her yoga practice helped her stay grounded and focused after suffering a personal tragedy. Yoga has helped her heal emotionally and be more in the present while juggling a career, household, and being a mom to two young ones. She became a Yoga Alliance Registered 200 hour yoga teacher when she completed her Worlds Yoga Teacher Training in November 2015 with the intention of sharing the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga with her family, friends, and community.

Rupeet regularly practices the Vinyasa and Kundalini styles of yoga and is also drawn to the Ashtanga style. She teaches a Vinyasa class with grounding Kundalini and classical music that helps focus the attention inwards.
