RamInderjeet (Sophia)
KRI Level 2 Certified, RYT500 Yoga Teacher
RamInderjeet (Sophia) began practicing yoga in 2010 as a tool to deal with overwhelming stress and anxiety. She selected Kundalini Yoga first because of its homeosis aspect and spiritual component, which felt familiar with her prior background in acupressure, meditation and spiritual healing. In 2014, she completed her KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor 200 hour certification with lead trainer Sat Rattan Kaur Khalsa in San Lorenzo, CA. In 2018 RamInderjeet finished her KRI Level 2 Practitioner 300 hour certification. Her continued study and practice of Kundalini Yoga has brought a clearer understanding and articulation about how the physical aspects of the Kundalini Yoga kriyas relate to the meditative aspects of the practice to help balance and strengthen the mental, physical, and energetic bodies. RamInderjeet enjoys sharing her knowledge and sense of devotion for the practice with her students, holding space that they may discover a transformative grace through their own practice as she has in hers.
Still deepening and expanding her yogic journey, RamInderjeet has also completed a 50 hour Yin Yoga certification (Semperviva 2018) with master teacher Bernie Clark in Vancouver, British Columbia.
